PKMN - Mewtwo Gijinka

*stands up in front of a group of people* Hi, my name is Cathleen, and I am an Original Character Abuser.

Seriously, it looked fine when I had it in my ketchbook, but now that it's digitized I feel I may have gone overboard... really, though, I tried to make him look more dirty/scruffy than injured since Mewtwo lives in a cave. That's what those black splotches are supposed to me, dirt stains and stuff.

Okay, so Ashley has named this guy Marshall. In some RPs with a friend, our little group of OCs is on the move to deal with this mob known as the Syndicate. And they have this little penchant for making people's lives hell through various methods - murder, extortion, and scientific experimentation, to name a few. If you've seen Pokemon The First Movie you know that Mewtwo was a clone of Mew. Reflecting that, the Mewtwo Project was a top-priority scientific project to create this guy. (The prototype for him was my little shape-shifting manga-based Eevee gijinka who I posted previously.) One day, "Experiment 150" went berserk, destroyed everything and everyone in the lab, and hid in Cerulean Cave where he is to this day.

While drawing this, I pulled up an image of the armor Mewtwo wore in the beginning of the movie as a reference. My headcanon is that the Syndicate tried to use said armor to subjugate him - it worked about as well as you'd expect. When he flipped, he broke some of the armor off, but he couldn't remove it all but as it's ineffective now it doesn't really matter. The scars on his body are from the experiments and the rest is dirt and chips in the armor and stuff from living in a rocky dirty watery cave.
