Personality:  In her work setting, she is very professional and straight-laced, doing everything by the book. She lives for the moment that she ends her shift and can return home and unwind. Ciela hates feeling stressed like that and keeps her job mainly because it pays well. At home, she loves to kick back and read epic romance novels with a beer (or three), and she mostly keeps her kitchen stocked with instant foods like microwave meals and cup ramen and the like. Her justification is that she gets sick of seeing actual decent food at work and the crappy instant stuff relaxes her. She dreams of finding a lasting, meaningful romance. When Ciela transforms, she goes back to trying to be professional and serious. Among people she cares about she tends to become the "mom friend". Ciela is a bit of a Stepford Smiler (to borrow a phrase from TV Tropes) between her job and her senshi duties. She tries to keep things to herself so that she can help keep her group in focus and not be a burden. It's not that she deliberately tries to keep anyone out - it's doubtful she realizes she's doing it. Getting a few drinks into her, though, will loosen her tongue right up (much to her dismay the next morning)...

Personal History: Ciela is an only child. Her precognition-through-dreams ability manifested itself during her childhood, though her parents never really took it seriously when she told them. She was close to her grandfather, however, who DID understand and empathized. After graduating high school she got a job and moved in with Grandpa Lester to take care of him. He passed away the night her powers awakened, and now she lives in the apartment they used to share.

Attack One: Sky Dragon's Roar
She blows into her hands until a swirling ball of wind forms around them. She then either holds her arms in the air, and the ball unravels, filling the area with a swirling maelstrom, or she can hit a close-range opponent with it and send them backwards.
Attack Two: Shining Starlight Slicer
Her weapon levitates around her as she twirls, focusing energy from herself into the Ring Blade until it glows brightly. Then she stops twirling, grips her weapon firmly and throws it at the enemy as blades of bright energy swirl out from it. When the energy burns out, it flies back into her hands to be used again.
