Figured a profile template like this would be easier than constantly updating the original image of Sailor Celestite. Not mentioned below – she represents the planet of Venus (or Venus' counterpart) in this new spin-off of Sailor Moon and is (potentially) the oldest of the Senshi. And her transformation phrase is "I call upon the power of dreams! Celestite Star Power, Make Up!"

Life Story: Ever since she was a little kid, Ciela would get really strange dreams – dreams that would eventually happen in real life. But when she tried to tell her parents about them, they thought it was a phase where she was making things up for attention. She's kept them to herself ever since. Otherwise, she had as normal a childhood as possible. Eventually she moved into an apartment of her own and took on a job waitressing at Café du Grand – a very stressful job which ALWAYS leaves her tireded and has made her slightly jumpy. Also living with her was her ailing grandfather, whom Ciela's parents also thought was crazy and didn't want to deal with.
One night she came home from her job and found a black swirling cloud of darkness taking her grandfather away. When she tried to stop whatever it was, her grandfather gave Ciela his prized pocketwatch – which became her transformation item and allowed her to transform into Sailor Celestite. Her grandfather's body was taken away anyway, however, and she began to have dreams about a strange women who was supposed to be her leader – of what, she had no idea. Now, between ridiculous shifts at work and attempting to maintain the facade of a normal life, she searches the city for the woman and for answers about who or WHAT took her grandfather.

Personality: In her work setting, she is very formal and straight-laced, doing everything by the book and ruthlessly tattling on anyone who does not. (She has to be - she'll get fired otherwise.) She lives for the moment that she ends her shift and can return home and unwind. Ciela hates feeling stressed like that and keeps her job mainly because it pays well.
At home, she loves to kick back and read epic romance novels with a beer (or three), and she mostly keeps her kitchen stocked with instant foods like microwave meals and cup ramen and the like. Her justification is that she gets sick of seeing actual decent food at work and the crappy instant stuff relaxes her. Like the original Sailor Venus, she dreams of finding a lasting, meaningful romance. Description: She blows into her hands until a swirling ball of wind forms around them. She then either holds her arms in the air, and the ball unravels, filling the area with a swirling maelstrom, or she can hit a close-range opponent with it and send them backwards.
Damage: Can potentially bullrush close-range opponents into walls and off ledges for damage, depending on the distance. Also good for blowing away obstacles like smoke or gas and deflecting small projectiles.
Range: Mid- to long-range
Any Extras?: If she is already fatigued before she uses this move, afterwards she can become incapacitated for a few seconds and left wide open for a particularly fast opponent to strike.

Name: Shining Starlight Slicer
Requirements: Holding her Ring Blade and twirling briefly to build energy
Description: Her weapon levitates around her as she twirls, focusing energy from herself into the Ring Blade until it glows brightly. Then she stops twirling, grips her weapon firmly and throws it at the enemy as blades of bright energy swirl out from it. When the energy burns out, it flies back into her hands to be used again.
Damage: Slicing damage and possible burns, since stars are balls of bright burning gases
Range: Close- to mid-range
Any Extras?: Can be caught and stopped before it flies back to Celestite's hand afterwards, in which case it disappears and cannot be summoned again for a short time.
